By enabling transaction alerts, users can receive notifications and specify parameters for card usage. Installation involves downloading the app to your smartphone, followed by customizing alert preferences and usage settings to effectively oversee and manage card activities.

Alerts Ensure Secure Card Utilization

Configurable alerts for both PIN and Signature transactions offer real-time monitoring of debit and credit card usage, aiding in the prompt identification of unauthorized or fraudulent actions. Alerts can be triggered upon card usage, a declined transaction attempt, or through various customizable options. Prompt alerts are sent immediately following a transaction.

Location-Based Alerts and Controls

The "My Location" feature allows users to limit transactions to merchants within a specific proximity using the phone's GPS. Transactions requested outside this designated range can be declined. Additionally, the "My Region" control employs an interactive map with options for city, state, country, or zip code restrictions, blocking transactions initiated by merchants situated beyond the defined region.

Usage Alerts and Controls

Users can establish spending thresholds to authorize transactions up to a predetermined amount while automatically declining those surpassing set limits. Monitoring capabilities extend to specific merchant categories such as gas stations, department stores, restaurants, entertainment venues, travel services, and grocery stores. Users can also track different transaction types including in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions, mail/phone orders, and ATM activity.

Card On/Off Setting

The card's operational status dictates transaction approvals based on configured usage parameters. When set to "on," transactions align with established settings; when switched off, purchases and withdrawals are restricted until the card is reactivated. This functionality serves to disable lost or stolen cards, preempt fraudulent activities, and enhance overall card security.
